Sammaan Capital Settles Lower as Abu Dhabi Investor Takes 43% Stake

The movement comes after Abu Dhabi-based Avenir Investment RSC, an affiliate of International Holding Company, acquired a 43.46% stake in Sammaan Capital for ₹8,850 crore via preferential allotment of 63.66 crore shares. Avenir has now become the new promoter of Sammaan Capital.
