Goodluck India Hits Record High on Defence Bid News

Goodluck India Limited hit an all-time high of Rs 609.35 on a defence bid qualification, then closed flat at Rs 566.65. Key levels are Rs 518.75 and Rs 610. On 13 October 2026, Goodluck India Limited [

GOODLUCK
] shares hit a fresh all-time high of Rs 609.35 in morning trade, gaining 7.59%, before retreating to close nearly flat at Rs 566.65. The stock had gained 13% in the previous session and up to approximately 23% over three sessions. The rally followed news that its subsidiary, Goodluck Defence & Aerospace, had qualified as a technically eligible bidder to supply 155 mm HE M1A4 ready-to-fill artillery shells to Munitions India. The qualification followed an audit and technical evaluation of existing suppliers. However, technical qualification is only a step in the bidding process and does not confirm an order win. The stock traded between Rs 545.55 and Rs 609.35, with volume of 6.56 million shares. The retreat from the intraday high suggests profit booking at elevated levels. My View: The bullish bias remains intact as the stock trades above its 20-day simple moving average (SMA) at Rs 518.75. This level may act as near-term support, while Rs 610 remains a key resistance. A sustained close above Rs 610 could signal further upside, whereas a break below Rs 518.75 would weaken the bullish outlook.
