Adani Enterprises raises ₹15,000 cr via oversubscribed QIP

$ADANIENT closed its ₹15,000 crore QIP, up from the initial ₹10,000 crore, following ₹38,000 crore investor demand. The QIP priced at ₹2,883 per share, a 5% discount to the SEBI floor price. Proceeds will primarily fund capital expenditure in incubation businesses, including setting up a PVC plant and repayments or pre-payments for subsidiaries.
