founding firms will sell a 1.58% stake (25.3 million shares) at a floor price of 1,880 rupees each, valuing the deal at 47.5 billion rupees ($554 million). The sale, at a discount to Thursday's closing price of 1,944 rupees, includes an option to sell an additional 0.36% stake (5.7 million shares).
