's parent company, has raised Rs 10,500 crore through a bond issue, the largest domestic bond issue this fiscal year. The issue was structured in two tranches of Rs 5,250 crore each, with 24-month bonds at 7.31% and 38-month bonds at 7.43%. Notable investors include major mutual funds and insurance companies. The funds will be used to repay maturing debt. This follows Bharti Telecom's recent credit rating upgrade to AAA by Crisil.
