$CYIENT has initiated a ₹7,200 crore share buyback at ₹1125 per share for up to 64,00,000 equity shares via a BSE tender offer running June 23–30, 2026, following shareholder approval on June 10, 2026. The buyback represents 20.31% and 14.09% of paid-up capital and free reserves on a standalone and consolidated basis, respectively, with at least 15% of shares reserved for small shareholders.
