GMR Airport approved fundraising for Delhi Cargo City SPV

approved Rs 5,000 crore fundraising for Delhi Cargo City SPV GMR Airports' Board of Directors approved a resolution to raise up to Rs 5,000 crore through various means, including securities and other instruments. The funds will finance the Cargo City Project at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport. The proposal is subject to shareholder approval and necessary regulatory clearances.
