Hariom Pipe Q2 FY27 revenue rises 63.69% YoY to ₹550 crore

Hariom Pipe Industries Limited (NSE: HARIOMPIPE)

HARIOMPIPE
reported Q2 FY27 revenue of ₹550 crore, up about 63.69% from ₹336 crore a year ago. The Board approved the results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, on November 4, 2026. What happened: Revenue grew by ₹214 crore in one year. The 63.69% growth rate is my own calculation from the two reported figures. The data I have covers only the top line. Profit and margin numbers are not part of it. Why it matters: A jump of this size usually points to higher volumes, higher selling prices, or both. The data does not say which. That split decides how much of the growth is lasting. Volume-led growth holds up better than growth driven by steel price movements. My view: Revenue above ₹500 crore in a single quarter shows the company is selling at a much larger scale than last year. Steel pipe makers earn thin margins, and raw material swings in hot-rolled coils and sponge iron can erase a good sales quarter. So I read this as a strong start, but not yet proof of better earnings. Demand from infrastructure and construction in India supports the story. Delays in end-user projects remain a risk. What I am watching: The post-results earnings call on November 5, 2026. I want EBITDA margin, the volume versus price split, and management’s view on raw material costs. Whether revenue stays above ₹500 crore in the next quarter will also matter.
