Hindustan Zinc's board meeting

board will meet on Wednesday, June 11, to consider its first interim dividend for financial year 2026, the company said in an exchange filing over the weekend. The last instance of Hindustan Zinc paying dividend to its shareholders dates back to August last year, when it had announced an interim dividend of ₹19 per share. Based on the March quarter shareholding pattern, Hindustan Zinc's promoter Vedanta Ltd. had a 63.42% stake in the company.
