ITC Block Deal

British American Tobacco sold 2.57% of

(33.25 crore shares) worth ₹13,863 crore at ₹417 per share in a block deal. BAT holds 25.4% stake in ITC and previously sold 3.5% in March 2024. ITC reported a 68.9% rise in FY25 net profit to ₹35,052 crore, with a recommended final dividend of ₹7.85 per share. Shares closed 1.85% lower at ₹434.7 on May 27.
