AGM 2025: Jio Financial Services (JFSL) on Saturday, August 2, announced the schedule for its second annual general meeting (AGM). In its filing to stock exchanges, the RIL subsidiary said the second annual general meeting (post listing) (AGM) of the members of the company will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 2.00 p.m. through video conferencing (VC) / other audio-visual means ("OAVM"), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
