$KPRMILL Board approved a ₹1,225 crore expansion plan on August 10, 2026, covering greenfield and modernization projects across textiles. The total investment for these projects amounts to ₹1,225 Crores. The company anticipates an expected turnover of approximately ₹2,000 Crores from these initiatives. The capital expenditure (Capex) will be funded through internal accruals.
