Board approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with no modified opinions from auditors. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹3.95 per equity share for the FY 2025-26, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. This is in addition to the interim dividends of ₹14.60 per equity share already declared and paid during the year in four tranches.
