Power Grid to raise ₹3,800 crore via bond issue

board committee approved raising up to ₹3,800 crore via taxable bond issuance. The 83rd bond issue will have a ₹1,000 crore base size and a ₹2,800 crore green-shoe option. Bonds will be listed on BSE and NSE, redeemable in 10 annual instalments with coupon rate determined through bidding.
