Tata Group-BEL's 'Make in India' semiconductor plan: PSU

and diversified conglomerate Tata Group have joined hands for a big ‘Make in India’ plan to boost the country’s self-reliance on electronics and semiconductors. They made the announcement on Friday. BEL on Friday said it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Electronics. Under this MoU, the companies plan to jointly develop indigenous electronics and semiconductor solutions, in line with the government's push for self-reliance in critical technologies.
