Atomberg Technologies has filled DRHP with SEBI for IPO

Atomberg reported ₹1,294 crore in operating revenue in FY26. Its home appliances segment, which largely consists of fans along with smart locks, contributed ₹1,158 crore, or roughly 90% of total revenue. Fans remain Atomberg’s stronghold. The company held a 46.08% share of India’s premium fan segment by cumulative sales value in FY26, according to a Redseer report cited in its DRHP. Zoom out: Atomberg is going public at a time when India’s consumer appliances market is expanding. The market was estimated at $4.69 billion in FY26, according to the draft papers. India is also among the leading markets for smart home appliance adoption. Penetration stands at 51%, behind China’s 63% but well ahead of the US at 36% and Germany at 34%. Our view: Atomberg holds a highly competitive position ahead of its Initial Public Offering (IPO), backed by a 46.08% market share in India’s premium fan sector. The company is riding a strong macroeconomic wave, operating in an expanding $4.69 billion domestic appliance market backed by India’s high 51% smart home penetration rate. However, investors should note the company's significant category concentration risk, as fans and smart locks account for 90% (₹1,158 crore) of its ₹1,294 crore operating revenue Disclaimer⚠️ This brief note is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a financial recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell securities.
