Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of ₹480.24 crore in the cash market, while Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) recorded net buying of ₹235.56 crore. FIIs were net sellers in index futures (₹818.33 crore), index options (₹3,221.15 crore), stock futures (₹140.32 crore) and stock options (₹1,164.42 crore). The Nifty 50 declined 65.35 points (0.3%) to 24,570.65, while the Sensex fell 455.59 points (0.6%) to 78,499.17. India VIX eased marginally by 0.01% to 12.15.
