$RELIANCE Q1 Results: Revenue crosses ₹3 lakh crore milestone; net profit declines 22% YoY

$RELIANCE reported a record quarterly revenue of ₹3.12 lakh crore in Q1 FY27, driven by strong growth in its O2C, digital services and retail businesses. However, net profit declined 22% year-on-year due to the absence of a one-time gain recorded in the year-ago quarter. $RELIANCE Q1 Results $RELIANCE reported revenue from operations of ₹3,11,850 crore, up 10.6% YoY and 4.4% QoQ, marking the first time the company has crossed the ₹3 lakh crore quarterly revenue milestone. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at ₹23,001 crore, down 25% YoY but up 11.6% sequentially, while net profit attributable to owners fell 22.4% YoY to ₹20,946 crore, mainly due to the absence of last year's exceptional gain from the Asian Paints stake sale. Among key segments, Oil-to-Chemicals (O2C) revenue rose 30.4% YoY to ₹2,01,803 crore, with EBITDA increasing 17.2% to ₹17,010 crore. Digital Services posted 11.2% revenue growth to ₹46,900 crore, while EBITDA climbed 16% to ₹21,255 crore, supported by subscriber additions and higher ARPU.
