The company's network gross revenue rose 20% year-on-year to Rs 3,219 crore, primarily driven by an increase in occupied bed days. Revenue from international patients stood at Rs 307 crore, registering a strong growth of 33% and contributing approximately 10% to the company's total hospital revenue. Free cash flow from operations increased significantly to Rs 500 crore during the quarter, compared with Rs 291 crore in Q2FY26. During the quarter, the company's board approved a capital expenditure of Rs 415 crore for adding 209 brownfield beds across its existing hospitals to strengthen capacity. The expansion includes 85 beds at MSSH, Noida, 60 beds at MSSH, Vaishali, and 64 beds at BLK-Max Hospital, along with a multi-level car parking facility. Network gross revenue for the period stood at Rs 6,200 crore, registering an 18% growth over the corresponding period last year, supported by higher occupied bed days. Network PAT for the first half of FY27 rose to Rs 805 crore from Rs 750 crore in the year-ago period. The company said it is witnessing faster occupancy ramp-up in newly added beds, reflecting strong demand and healthy absorption of additional capacity. It also highlighted robust growth in medical value travel, supported by India's cost-competitive healthcare services, further strengthening the country's position as a leading global healthcare destination.
