Bengaluru also emerged as a major contributor, led by strong demand for the fourth phase of Birla Trimaya and the Birla Evara project. The company plans to launch several new projects across both regions. In the January–March quarter, the company’s pre-sales or booking value rose 69 percent sequentially to Rs 4,288 crore. Quarterly collections stood at around Rs 994 crore, the investor presentation showed.
