Adani Enterprises Ltd extended its rally for a third consecutive session on Tuesday after announcing plans to partner with US-based electronics manufacturing major Jabil Inc to establish a large-scale artificial intelligence (AI) and data centre infrastructure manufacturing platform in India. The stock rose as much as 1.4 percent in early trading to Rs 2,982.9. Adani Enterprises has gained over 20.5 percent in the past year, significantly outperforming the Nifty 50, which has declined 4.1 percent during the same period. The company currently has a market capitalisation exceeding Rs 3.86 lakh crore. Investor sentiment was boosted after the Adani Group and Jabil revealed their strategic collaboration on Monday. The partnership aims to manufacture a broad range of AI and data centre infrastructure products in India for both domestic and international markets. The proposed facility will produce high-density AI racks, servers, storage systems, networking equipment, as well as power and cooling infrastructure. According to the companies, the venture is designed to create multi-gigawatt AI rack manufacturing capacity and cater to the growing needs of hyperscale cloud providers, colocation operators, and enterprise data centres worldwide. The alliance brings together Jabil’s global engineering and manufacturing expertise with the Adani Group’s strengths in infrastructure, renewable energy, and data centre operations.
