BSE reported a 32.5% increase in net profit for the March quarter, reaching Rs 797 crore, compared with Rs 602 crore in the previous quarter, according to a regulatory filing. The stock exchange’s revenue from operations climbed 26% quarter-on-quarter to Rs 1,564 crore during the January–March period of the last fiscal year, up from Rs 1,244 crore in the December quarter. EBITDA rose 44% to Rs 1,061 crore from Rs 738 crore in the preceding quarter, while EBITDA margin improved to 67.9% from 59.3% on a QoQ basis. The company also announced July 10, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for the final dividend. The dividend payment is scheduled to be completed on or before September 17, 2026. On a consolidated basis, BSE posted a profit after tax of Rs 2,871 crore for the quarter ended March 31, compared with Rs 2,650 crore in the corresponding period last year. Total income increased nearly 22% year-on-year to Rs 5,360 crore.
