DLF Limited has achieved a complete sell-out of its luxury senior living project, **The Aureva**, in Sector 63, Gurugram, generating sales of approximately ₹1,985 crore. The project comprises 172 premium residences designed for senior citizens. The development spans 4.17 acres and offers luxury living with a focus on wellness, convenience, healthcare access and community facilities. The successful sell-out highlights continued demand for premium residential properties in Gurugram. DLF’s latest achievement comes as the company targets **₹20,000 crore in pre-sales for FY27**, supported by planned residential launches across key markets, including Gurugram, Mumbai and Goa. The complete sell-out strengthens DLF’s position in the luxury housing segment.
