Meesho reported a sharp reduction in its consolidated net loss for the quarter ended March 31, with losses narrowing to Rs 166.34 crore from Rs 1,391.38 crore in the same period last year, according to a regulatory filing. The e-commerce platform’s consolidated revenue from operations rose 47.13% year-on-year to Rs 3,531.21 crore in the fourth quarter, compared with Rs 2,399.97 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal. For financial year FY26, the company reduced its consolidated net loss to Rs 1,357.73 crore, significantly lower than the Rs 3,941.70 crore reported in FY25. Annual revenue from operations increased 34.4% to Rs 12,626.34 crore in FY26, up from Rs 9,389.90 crore in the previous financial year. Meesho also recorded strong growth in user activity during the year. Annual transacting users climbed 33% year-on-year to 264 million, while total orders surged 45% to 2.67 billion. The company’s net merchandise value (NMV) stood at Rs 41,560 crore, reflecting a 39% increase over the previous year.
