Shares of NBCC (India) Ltd. are likely to remain in focus on August 26 after the company secured a work order worth ₹121.74 crore. The order involves the construction of 170 new school buildings in place of dilapidated structures under the Supplementary Project Approval Board of the Rajasthan Council of School Education.
In a separate development, NBCC sold 111 residential units in Tower No. 6 of Aspire Silicon City in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, through an e-auction. The units were sold for an aggregate value of approximately ₹416.53 crore. NBCC will earn a marketing fee equivalent to 1% of the total sale value. For the quarter ended June 2026, the company reported a 17% year-on-year increase in net profit. However, revenue declined 5% year-on-year.
