Shares of PC Jeweller rose for the third consecutive session on Friday, gaining nearly 14% over the three trading sessions. The stock closed at Rs 14.81 per share on the NSE, up 6.55% on the day, following gains of 7.4% over the previous two sessions.

Last month, the jewellery retailer announced that it had become debt-free after settling its dues with all 14 consortium banks. The company had previously carried total debt of approximately Rs 3,000 crore. In September 2024, PC Jeweller had opted for a one-time settlement (OTS) to resolve its outstanding dues with the banking consortium. During the September quarter, it completed the repayment of its outstanding borrowings to all consortium banks, achieving debt-free status ahead of the scheduled repayment deadlines.#StockInNews
