TVS Motor Company reported a 19 percent year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit for Q4 FY26 at Rs 771.5 crore, driven by strong revenue growth and improved operational performance. Consolidated revenue from operations surged 30 percent to Rs 15,052.7 crore during the quarter. The company’s standalone business recorded its highest-ever quarterly operating revenue of Rs 12,808 crore in the March quarter. Standalone revenue rose 36 percent compared to the normalised operating revenue of Rs 9,392 crore in the same quarter last year, after adjusting for the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) benefit recognised in Q4 FY25. Operating EBITDA margin improved to 13.1 percent in Q4 FY26 from the normalised margin of 12.5 percent in the year-ago quarter, marking an expansion of 60 basis points. The company noted that Q4 FY25 margins had been boosted to 14 percent due to recognition of the full-year PLI benefit in that quarter. TVS Motor also posted its highest-ever operating profit before tax (PBT) of Rs 1,375 crore for FY26, reflecting a 47 percent rise over the normalised operating PBT of Rs 936 crore reported in FY25.
