Q4 2025 Result Analysis

Adani Total Gas reported a 15% year-on-year rise in standalone revenue from operations to Rs 1,448 crore in Q4FY25, with EBITDA at Rs 274 crore and PAT at Rs 149 crore. On a consolidated basis, Q4FY25 PAT stood at Rs 155 crore. For FY25, standalone revenue grew by 12% to Rs 5,398 crore. EBITDA rose slightly by 1% to Rs 1,167 crore, while PAT declined by 1% to Rs 648 crore. Consolidated PAT for FY25 was Rs 654 crore. The company expanded its city gas distribution (CGD) network to around 1 million PNG consumers and 647 CNG stations, and achieved a 15% volume growth despite sector challenges. Progress was also made in new businesses with over 3,400 EV charging points installed, launch of the organic fertilizer brand "Harit Amrit," stabilization of CBG production, and commissioning of its first LNG station.
