delivered a strong set of results for Q4FY25 and the full year FY25, underscoring robust growth momentum across geographies and verticals despite a challenging macroeconomic environment.
In Q4FY25, Coforge reported revenue of Rs 3,409.9 crore (USD 403.5 million), marking a 3.4% sequential growth in constant currency (CC) terms and a 47.1% year-on-year increase in rupee terms. EBITDA came in at USD 68 million, up 12.2% quarter-on-quarter and 32.7% year-on-year, translating to a margin of 16.9%, up 134 basis points sequentially. The company also declared an interim dividend of Rs 19 per share, with a record date of May 12, 2025.
For FY25, the company recorded revenue of Rs 12,050.7 crore (USD 1.45 billion), up 32.0% in CC terms and 33.8% in rupee terms year-on-year. Full-year EBITDA rose 31.7% to Rs 1,998.2 crore.
CEO Sudhir Singh highlighted that FY25 was marked by the signing of 14 large deals, with strong, broad-based growth across all verticals and geographies. He also pointed to a USD 1.56 billion TCV deal secured in Q4, which contributed to a 47.7% year-on-year increase in the executable order book for the next 12 months.
