A packaged foods company, announced its Q4FY25 and FY25 results, showcasing a strong performance. In Q4FY25, the company achieved its highest-ever revenue for a fourth consecutive quarter, reporting over Rs 10,000 million in quarterly revenue—a 10.3% year-on-year increase. Milk sales volumes grew by 4.5% YoY to 1.16 million litres per day (MLPD) for FY25, supported by steady consumer demand and effective distribution. Margins also improved, with gross profit margins expanding by 425 basis points to 25% in FY25 due to a better product mix and effective pricing strategies.
For the full year FY25, the company reported revenues of Rs 41,346 million, registering a 9% growth over the previous year. EBITDA increased by 58% YoY to Rs 3,310 million, with the EBITDA margin rising to 8%, up by 248 basis points. Net profit (PAT) surged 77% to Rs 1,883 million. Executive Director Brahmani Nara highlighted that excluding the bulk B2B business, core portfolio revenues grew over 10% in every quarter. She credited the growth to the rising contribution of value-added products, now at 32%, favourable input costs, and strengthened presence across traditional and quick commerce channels.
