Indian Hotel Q4 2025 result analysis

IHCL reported strong Q4FY25 results, continuing its trajectory of solid performance across revenue, margins, and profitability. For Q4FY25, the company posted revenue of Rs 2,487 crore, marking a 27 percent year-on-year growth. EBITDA stood at Rs 918 crore, up 30 percent, with profit after tax (PAT) at Rs 522 crore, reflecting a 25 percent increase. According to Managing Director and CEO Puneet Chhatwal, Q4 marks twelve consecutive quarters of record performance. The hotel segment revenue saw 13 percent growth, with EBITDA margin at 38.5 percent. For the full year FY25, enterprise revenue reached Rs 14,836 crore, 1.6 times consolidated revenue, supported by balanced capital-light and capital-heavy strategies. The company achieved 74 signings and 26 openings during the year, with over 95 percent of the signings being capital light. Chhatwal also noted plans to invest over Rs 1,200 crore in FY26 for asset upgrades, greenfield projects, and digital capabilities. IHCL anticipates continued double-digit revenue growth in FY26, driven by same-store growth, new businesses, and 30 planned hotel openings.
