reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 355 crore in Q4FY25, marking a 13% increase over Rs 315 crore in Q4FY24. Net profit for the quarter was Rs 181 crore, reflecting a margin of 39%, while cash flow from operations stood at Rs 271 crore. On a standalone basis, EBITDA was Rs 133 crore with a margin of 40%. For the full FY25, consolidated revenue rose 16% year-on-year to Rs 1,388 crore. Standalone EBITDA for the year was Rs 513 crore, with a 39% margin, and consolidated cash generated from operations totaled Rs 623 crore. The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 per share and a special dividend of Rs 20 per share, bringing the total dividend to Rs 50 per share for the year. CEO Dinesh Agarwal noted the company’s strong performance across customer acquisition, revenue, and cash flows, emphasizing its positioning for digital growth and long-term value creation.
