Q4FY25 and FY25 results: Q4FY25 Highlights: Total income stood at Rs 2,218 crore, down 11% year-on-year. EBITDA was Rs 1,066 crore, down 20% year-on-year. PAT came in at Rs 215 crore, up 14% compared to Rs 189 crore in Q4FY24. FY25 Highlights: Total income for the full year was Rs 8,032 crore, down 2% from Rs 8,202 crore in FY24. EBITDA was Rs 4,024 crore, slightly down from Rs 4,125 crore in FY24. PAT (excluding exceptional gain) rose 12% year-on-year to Rs 677 crore from Rs 606 crore. Toll revenue (including Private InvIT) grew 23% year-on-year, surpassing the national average growth of 12.5%. Management Commentary: Chairman and MD Virendra D. Mhaiskar expressed optimism, citing strong toll revenue growth and solid performance from two new TOT projects. He emphasized the government’s increased push for PPP projects and expects higher activity in BOT and TOT bidding going forward.
