to Acquire Sresta Natural Bioproducts in ₹472.5 Cr Deal

has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100 percent stake in Sresta Natural Bioproducts (SNBPL), a company operating in the organic products space. The transaction is valued at up to Rs 472.5 crore, including Rs 400 crore payable at closing and up to Rs 72.5 crore over the next 24 months. SNBPL has a portfolio of over 100 organic products including grocery staples, spices, oils, and beverages. It has a strong international footprint and is closely connected with the Indian diaspora. Its supply chain spans approximately 27,500 farmers across 1.4 lakh acres of certified organic land in 10 Indian states. This acquisition is part of ITC’s broader strategy to strengthen its presence in high-growth categories and build a future-ready portfolio that meets evolving consumer preferences, as outlined under the ‘ITC Next’ vision led by Chairman Sanjiv Puri.
