Q4FY25 & FY25 Result Announced Ram Ratna Wires Ltd. posted a strong performance in Q4FY25, with revenue from operations growing 19.1% YoY to ₹956.7 crore, driven by steady demand in enameled wires, strips, and copper tubes. EBITDA rose 23.3% to ₹45.3 crore, and PBT increased 26.6% to ₹29.6 crore. The EBITDA margin improved slightly to 4.7%. However, PAT declined marginally by 3.8% to ₹18.7 crore, primarily due to higher tax expenses, not operational weakness. For FY25, the company reported a 23.2% increase in revenue, reaching ₹3,676.7 crore. EBITDA rose 31.4% to ₹156.3 crore, with an improved margin of 4.3%, and PAT increased 28.5% to ₹70.2 crore. Managing Director Shri Mahendrakumar Kabra highlighted the company’s strategic expansion into BLDC motors and copper foils, and the upcoming commissioning of its Bhiwadi copper tube facility. With continued portfolio diversification and increased stake in Tefabo Product Pvt. Ltd., Ram Ratna Wires is positioning itself for sustained growth in FY26 and beyond.
