– Q4FY25 & FY25 Results Summary Consolidated Performance: Lending and General Insurance AUM: ₹78,145 crore as of March 31, 2025 (up 18% YoY from ₹66,472 crore). Asset Management AUM: ₹71,826 crore vs ₹70,883 crore in FY24. Consolidated PAT: ₹1,879 crore in FY25 (up 31% YoY from ₹1,436 crore). Standalone Performance: Disbursements: Q4FY25: ₹6,873 crore (up 11% YoY) FY25: ₹28,405 crore (up 9% YoY) AUM: ₹51,476 crore as of March 31, 2025 (up 17% YoY from ₹43,987 crore) Net Interest Income: ₹2,793 crore in FY25 (up 22% YoY from ₹2,284 crore) Asset Quality (Stage 3): Gross Stage 3: 1.44% (vs 1.26% in FY24), with 49% provision coverage Net Stage 3: 0.75% (vs 0.63% in FY24) As per RBI norms, GNPA: 2.17%, NNPA: 1.38% (vs 1.98%/1.25% in FY24) Profitability Metrics: PAT: ₹1,543 crore (up 6% YoY; up 16% after excluding FY24 exceptional items) ROA: 2.85% (vs 3.18% in FY24) ROE: 16.30% (vs 17.51% in FY24) Cost-to-Income Ratio: 30.80% (improved from 34.68%) Conclusion: Sundaram Finance delivered a strong FY25 despite macro headwinds, maintaining its hallmark of steady, high-quality growth. While asset quality slightly weakened, profitability and operational efficiency improved meaningfully. The outlook remains constructive with macro tailwinds expected to support continued performance in FY26.
