Business Segment Performance & Management Commentary:
Tata Motors became debt-free on a consolidated auto basis, improving interest costs and reflecting strong fundamentals.
Commercial Vehicle (CV) segment delivered revenue of ₹75.1K crore, PBT (bei) of ₹6.6K crore, and ROCE of 37.7%. The focus was on innovative mobility, digital transformation, and sustainable growth.
Passenger Vehicle (PV) business reported revenue of ₹48.4K crore and PBT (bei) of ₹1.1K crore. It led the market in SUV growth and outpaced CNG sales, with 36% of volumes from CNG and EVs.
Tata Motors crossed 6 million cumulative PV sales and 200,000 cumulative EV sales in FY25.
