– Q4FY25 and FY25 Performance Summary Q4FY25 Financial Highlights: - Total operating revenue stood at Rs 12,857 million. - Services segment revenue at Rs 10,241 million, up 1.1% QoQ. - In USD terms, services revenue was USD 118.1 million, flat sequentially on a constant currency basis. - Operating EBITDA at Rs 2,334 million; EBITDA margin improved to 18.2% from 17.8% QoQ. - Net income rose to Rs 1,889 million, up 12.0% QoQ and 20.2% YoY. - Net margin expanded to 14.7% from 12.8% QoQ and 12.1% YoY. - Last Twelve Months (LTM) attrition slightly increased to 13.2% vs 12.9% in the previous quarter. FY25 Financial Highlights: - Total operating revenue for FY25 was Rs 51,685 million. - Company operating EBITDA stood at Rs 9,341 million, maintaining an EBITDA margin of 18.1%. - Over the past 3 years, revenue grew at a 13.6% CAGR, while operating EBITDA grew at 13% CAGR. - Successfully closed 17 large deals in FY25: - 1 marquee deal exceeding USD 500 million, - 2 deals over USD 50 million, - 1 deal over USD 20 million. - Strong customer growth with 44 customers now contributing USD 1 million-plus annually. - The Board recommended: - Final Dividend: Rs 8.35 per equity share - Special Dividend: Rs 3.35 per equity share (both subject to shareholder approval).
