Reliance Q2 Profit Up 34%; Harmonic Zone Watch
RELIANCE reported Q2 FY27 consolidated profit of Rs 29,550 crore on 30 Oct. That is up about 34% from Rs 22,092 crore a year ago and about 27% from Rs 23,196 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue was a record Rs 3.62 lakh crore, up about 27% year-on-year. EBITDA margin was 18.8%, higher than 17.3% in the previous quarter but below 19.5% a year ago. Oil-to-Chemicals led the quarter, with EBITDA of Rs 25,203 crore against Rs 15,008 crore a year earlier and a margin of 10.9%. Digital also added to growth, while retail was relatively subdued, as per media reports. On the weekly futures chart, the stock has slipped from the 1,700 area to around 1,175, near point D of a harmonic XABCD structure. RSI near 32 is close to the oversold zone. Strong numbers meeting a technical zone make the coming weeks worth observing. Price stability near this zone would be constructive, while a decline below point D would weaken the setup.
