Bank Nifty Shifts to Higher Highs, Axis Bank Confirms

Bank Nifty opened gap-up today and came close to its second objective near 58,080, making a high of 57,996, before a corrective move brought the index back to close at 57,783.75, RSI at 54.22 stays constructive despite the pullback. The more significant development: the index has shifted from a lower-high, lower-low structure to a higher-high, higher-low pattern — a genuinely bullish structural change. The rising window support near 57,514 is now the first line of defence for the bulls, with 57,350–57,239 as the stronger support cluster below that.

AXISBANK
Morning Star setup, flagged earlier, appears to be working — the stock traded over 1.60% higher today. Whether it sustains this momentum bears watching closely, especially with the index itself facing rejection near 58,000 — a stock-level breakout against index-level resistance is a combination worth tracking rather than assuming will resolve smoothly. A shift from lower-highs/lower-lows to higher-highs/higher-lows is one of the clearest signs of a genuine trend change — more meaningful than any single day's move, since it reflects a change in the market's underlying structure rather than a one-off bounce.
