CDSL Breaks Out of Ascending Triangle on Strong Volume Surge
CDSL
has broken out of a multi-week ascending triangle on the 4H chart, clearing the flat resistance near 1,362–1,370 on a sharp volume surge, closing at 1,389 (+0.17%). The rising volume behind this move adds conviction, suggesting genuine participation rather than a low-volume breakout that could easily fade.
RSI has climbed to 65.83, confirming bullish momentum without being deeply overbought. As long as the stock holds above the breakout zone, the setup favors continuation toward 1,420, the next measured target from the pattern.
Support now shifts up to 1,350, below the breakout zone. A sustained hold above this level keeps the bullish structure intact; a close back below 1,350 would weaken the setup and shift the view to neutral pending fresh confirmation.
A pattern breakout accompanied by a genuine volume surge is generally more reliable than one on average volume, since strong participation confirms real buying interest rather than a thin move prone to a quick reversal.
