Nifty Pre-Open: 23,950 Objective Met, Watch 24,050
Nifty saw a volatile session — opening lower, moving above the 24,080–24,050 resistance cluster to tag the flagged 24,130 objective, before slipping back below it and nearly testing 23,930 on the downside. The index settled near 23,984, with the rising-channel breakdown objective near 23,950 now achieved. RSI at 37.14 stays on the weaker side, reflecting underlying pressure despite the modest positive close.
Resistance: 24,050–24,080 immediate (former support, now supply), then 24,150 and 24,240. Support: 23,950–23,930 — the critical zone now that the breakdown target is met — then 23,858.
A sustained 30-min close below 23,950–23,930 opens the door to 23,858. Reclaiming 24,050 on a closing basis would give the bulls room for a relief move toward 24,150. Until either breaks decisively, expect continued volatility.
