Amansa Holdings Boosts Stake in Clean Science and Technology with ₹93 Cr Purchase

Singapore-based Amansa Holdings, managed by Akash Prakash, acquired an additional 1.1% equity stake in

ce and Technology through open market transactions on February 2, 2026. The fund purchased 11.79 lakh shares at an average price of ₹791.84 per share, amounting to ₹93.39 crore. Following the transaction, Amansa now holds approximately 2.36% in the speciality chemicals company (earlier stake was 1.26% as of December 2025). Despite the fresh institutional buying, Clean Science shares ended the day down over 1% at ₹799.7 — marking a new all-time closing low. The stock hit an intraday low of ₹769.55 before recovering sharply, forming a small bearish candle with a long lower shadow on the daily chart, indicating strong buying interest at lower levels. The counter has been under pressure recently but continues to attract selective long-term investors.
