Bharat Forge Q4 Results: Net Loss on One-Time Hit, Shares Jump 5%
BHARATFORG rge Limited shares climbed nearly 5% on Thursday after the company announced its March quarter results and a final dividend of Rs 6.50 per share for FY26.
The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 2,260 crore in Q4 FY26, up from Rs 2,163 crore in the year-ago period. However, it posted a net loss of Rs 118 crore compared to a profit of Rs 346 crore last year. The loss was primarily due to a one-time impairment charge of Rs 493 crore in one of its subsidiaries.
Despite the quarterly loss, the healthy revenue growth and dividend announcement boosted investor sentiment.
