Bharti Airtel Q4FY26 Results: Net Profit Drops 34% YoY to Rs 7,325 Cr, Declares Rs 24 Dividend

irtel on Wednesday reported a 34% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 7,325 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, missing street estimates. The profit, however, rose 10% sequentially from Rs 6,631 crore in Q3.
Revenue from operations grew 16% YoY to Rs 55,383 crore, supported by healthy subscriber additions, rising data usage, and strong performance in India and Africa operations. EBITDA stood at Rs 31,492 crore, up 2% QoQ.
The company’s board declared a final dividend of Rs 24 per share. Despite the profit miss, analysts remain positive on Airtel’s long-term outlook driven by 5G monetisation, ARPU expansion, and broadband growth. Shares are expected to react to the numbers in Thursday’s trading session.
