BHEL Shares Surge Up to 5.5% on Strong FY26 Performance; Revenue Jumps 18% to ₹32,350 Crore

vy Electricals Limited (BHEL) emerged as the top F&O gainer on April 20, climbing as much as 5.5% after the state-owned engineering major reported robust provisional results for FY 2025-26. The company posted an 18% year-on-year growth in turnover to approximately ₹32,350 crore, driven by healthy project execution in the power and infrastructure sectors amid rising domestic energy demand. BHEL secured fresh order inflows of around ₹75,000 crore during the fiscal, with the power segment contributing significantly (about ₹59,000 crore). This healthy order intake swelled the company's total outstanding order book to a strong ₹2.4 lakh crore at the end of FY26, providing strong revenue visibility for the coming years.
