L) via open market bulk deals on April 6, 2026. The fund offloaded approximately 3.54 lakh shares at an average price of ₹125 per share, fetching around ₹4.43 crore. Following the transaction, Citadel Capital Fund retained a significant holding of about 6.79% Market Reaction On April 6, CKK Retail Mart shares closed at ₹125, reflecting a 3.81% decline on the National Stock Exchange, possibly triggered by the stake sale news. However, the stock showed resilience the following day (April 7), hitting the 5% upper circuit at ₹131.25 amid renewed buying interest, including purchases by other investors like Jagid Vanitaben Rajendraprasad (who acquired around 1.61 lakh shares worth ₹2.02 crore at similar levels).
