Crisil Reports Robust Performance with 46% Jump in Net Profit; Declares First Interim Dividend of Rs 9 per Share

l Limited, India's leading rating and research agency, on Friday announced strong financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026, driven by healthy growth across its core businesses. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 233.3 crore, marking a significant 45.9% (approximately 46%) increase from Rs 159.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Revenue from operations (income from operations) rose 30.1% to Rs 1,057.7 crore from Rs 813.2 crore a year earlier. Consolidated total income grew 29.6% to Rs 1,093.7 crore compared to Rs 843.8 crore in the year-ago period. EBITDA increased 37.3% to Rs 318.6 crore from Rs 232 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. The EBITDA margin improved to 30.1% from 28.5% a year ago, reflecting better operational efficiency.
