con JV Secures Rs 1,115 Crore Kerala Industrial Corridor Project
Mumbai, September 24, 2025 – Dilip Buildcon Ltd, through its joint venture DBL-PSP JV, has been declared the L-1 (lowest) bidder for a significant infrastructure project valued at Rs 1,115.37 crore (excluding GST) by the Kerala Industrial Corridor Development Corporation. The project, part of the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor (CBIC) extension to Kochi via Coimbatore, involves the design, construction, testing, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of infrastructure works at Pudussery Central and Kannambra in the Palakkad Node of Kerala.
Project Details and Scope
The DBL-PSP joint venture, with Dilip Buildcon holding a 74% stake and PSP Projects holding 26%, will execute the project on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis over a 42-month timeline. The scope includes developing critical infrastructure to support industrial growth in the region, aligning with India’s broader vision of enhancing industrial corridors to boost economic development.
This win strengthens Dilip Buildcon’s robust order book, which stood at Rs 13,695 crore as of June 30, 2025, with significant contributions from mining (28.9%) and roads/highways (17.8%).
