The decision was made by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors on September 15, 2025. The stock options were granted at an exercise price of ₹179.83 per option, matching the last traded price on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited as of September 15, 2025. Vesting of the options will begin no earlier than one year from the grant date, following the vesting schedule outlined in the ESOP 2023 plan. Once vested, employees will have an eight-year window to exercise their options.
